Our desire was to create three ranges, each with its own particularities.
We cannot say that one is better than the other ; the styles are different and always with a search for purity.
Paradoxe range
With our Paradoxe, we sought to create high-quality cuvées at a very affordable price.
Our pursuit of purity and simplicity led us to a paradox: achieving this wine required even more work and expertise.
To attain the desired finesse and drinkability, we blended multiple vintages. We combine the vibrancy of youth with the wisdom of aged wines, offering you a wine ready to open and enjoy right away!
Classic Bordeaux range
Our main wine is “Château Terrasson”.
It is a classically vinified red wine, which reflects our Bordeaux terroir and our know-how.
It is made from the classic grape varieties of our region: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
Half of the wine is matured in Austrian wooden casks, and half in tank.
It is a wine that can be drunk a few months after bottling, and which will have a very high ageing potential.
Oxymore range
Alongside our Bordeaux range, we also make « free expression » wines from the same terroir, with different vinifications, which give wines of a very particular style.
An oxymoron is a figure of speech that consists in unexpectedly combining two words with contradictory meanings. On our typical Bordeaux terroir, we create wines that go against Bordeaux classicism.
We have developed this range as follows:
- Oxymore white: a finely crafted white wine made from 100% Sémillon, unusual for Bordeaux
- Oxymore red: a red wine made entirely from whole bunches and fermented in kvevris, unique to Bordeaux
- Oxymore orange: white grapes vinified in the same way as red grapes
Sustainable packaging
- Light glass bottles manufactured within 30 km (410 g for the 75cl)
- Corks made of natural cork with no plastic components inside.
- Label made from recycled paper, printed without foil or gilding
- Unbleached kraft cardboard boxes with minimal ink
(1 side only instead of 2, without large areas, with mainly black ink which is the recycling of all the other colours).
