It all began in 2025, during a conversation with a winegrower from Puisseguin about the drink his grandparents used to enjoy in the vineyards during the summer. Inspired by this tradition, we came up with a modern drink: thirst-quenching, low in alcohol and firmly committed to reducing waste.
And so the Terrassonnette en Terrasse was born — which we’ve already nicknamed the T.T. To this fermented base of must, water and sugar, we’ve infused nettle, a plant we already use extensively, both in the vineyard and in the kitchen. The result? A naturally sparkling drink with a rosé hue, low in alcohol, sugar-free, and absolutely refreshing.
