With “Château Terrasson”, we're looking for the purity and finesse we love in classic Bordeaux wines from the 1970s and 1980s.
This is a red wine vinified in the traditional Bordeaux way, with light manual pumping over and a selection of presses.
It is made up of the classic grape varieties of our region: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
The wine is matured in Austrian wooden casks, in tank and in old barrels for the presses.
This is a wine that can be drunk within a few months of bottling, and has an excellent ageing potential. Its finesse means it goes well with many different dishes, from traditional red meats to white fish.
